- Submit Phone Details: Provide us with the make, model, and condition of your phone through our website or app.
- Get a Cash Offer: Based on the phone details you provide, we will generate a cash offer for your phone via email, text or call. Our offers are competitive and reflect the market value of your phone*.
- Accept the Offer: If you are satisfied with the cash offer, you can accept it and proceed with the sale. We will request either your PayPal or Bank Transfer details depending which suits you best!
- Reset & Ship Your Phone: We will provide you with shipping instructions, including a prepaid shipping label. Simply reset your device and pack it securely and ship it to us. We will send you a label free of charge. If you are unsure how to reset the device, click here for more info.
- Phone Verification and Payment: Once we receive your phone, our technicians will verify its condition. Upon successful verification, we will send you payment through your chosen payment method. This can take up to 3 days upon delivery but we aim to verify and send your payment the same working day it arrives!
- Environmental Conservation: We are committed to environmental conservation. We refurbish and reuse the phones we buy whenever possible, extending their lifespan and reducing electronic waste. If a phone is beyond repair, we responsibly recycle its components to minimise its environmental impact.
*Please be aware that if the phone is not as described or we discover a fault during the verification process, we may lower our offer due to the discrepancy. It's important to provide accurate information about the condition of your phone to ensure a smooth transaction.
Our condition criteria -

- The device must be sealed in it's packaging and never been activated and everything fully working.
- Must have the original accessorise such as the charger etc.

- No major damage such as cracks, water damage, bends or dents.
- Minor wear and tear acceptable.
- Touch/face id functioning as normal.
- Battery health above 85%.

- No major damage such as cracks, water damage or dents or bends.
- Signs of wear and tear (ie scratches on the screen or housing).
- Touch/face id functioning as normal.
- Battery health above 85%.

-Faulty
- any damage to the device such as cracks or chips including dead spots, discolouration, dead pixels etc.
- software issues like phone crashing or freezing.
- Face/Touch ID not working.
- Wifi, bluetooth, cameras, speakers etc not working as it should.
- Sensors are not functioning like the gps, proximity etc.
- We cannot accept any devices with major damage, i.e very bad water damage, bends to the housing, crushed devices etc or missing parts.
Important
Across all conditions, we do NOT accept any iCloud locked, MDM locked, stolen or blacklisted devices. If we receive a device which has one of these factors and it is suspected lost or stolen we will hand it to the relevant authorities.
If we are unable to accept your device due to very poor condition, we will return it at your expense or offer to recycle it.
